    Are all products made to order?

    Yes, almost every piece at Pure3D is engineered and printed to order. This bespoke manufacturing process ensures that your lamps, collectibles, or home decor items receive dedicated machinery time, meticulous layers, and expert hand-finishing specifically for you.

     

    How long does production take before shipping?

    Because quality take time, standard catalog orders typically require 2 to 4 business days in our printing lab. For complex custom designs, highly detailed models, or large-scale special requests, production timelines may vary between 5 to 7 business days depending on design approvals.

     

    Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

    Modifications or cancellations are fully accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, our studio prepares the 3D slicing profiles and initiates the multi-hour printing process, meaning raw materials are consumed and the order can no longer be altered or canceled.

     

    Custom & Personalized Orders

    Do you offer custom designs and can I personalize a product?

    Absolutely. We can modify existing catalog designs with personalized names, customized sizing, or distinct color variations. Simply select the customization options on the product page or contact our support team.

    Can I request a completely custom product from my own idea or reference image?

    Yes, we materialize your concepts. Whether you have a reference photograph, a sketch, or a ready-made 3D design file (such as STL or OBJ), you can submit your brief directly through our dedicated custom request form or drop us a message via our live portal.

    Product Quality & Materials

    What materials do you use and are they durable?

    We selectively source premium, eco-friendly, and high-grade polymers (primarily premium matte PLA, translucent PETG, and specialized engineering filaments). These materials offer exceptional structural durability, high impact resistance, and a gorgeous premium finish.

     

    Will my product have visible 3D printing layer lines?

    Yes, fine micro-layer lines are an inherent, beautifully technical characteristic of FDM 3D printing technology. We optimize our professional printers with ultra-fine layer heights to minimize these lines, resulting in a clean, high-end texture that showcases the digital craftsmanship behind the piece.

     

    Are slight variations normal and do colors look exactly like the photos?

    Slight organic variations or subtle seam positions are normal parts of the 3D printing finishing process, making each sculpture unique. While we showcase our filaments in realistic studio lighting, minor color discrepancies may occur depending on your smartphone or monitor display profiles.

     

    Lamp Care & Safety

    What light bulb compatibility and heat resistance considerations apply?

    Our 3D-printed lamps are fully engineered to be safe, reliable, and durable. However, you must strictly use cool-operating LED light bulbs. Standard incandescent bulbs emit excessive heat that can deform the premium polymers over time. LED bulbs are perfectly heat-safe, energy-efficient, and generate beautiful, secure ambient illumination.

    What are your product care and cleaning recommendations?

    Cleaning your prints is effortless. Simply wipe the exterior surfaces gently using a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical sprays, solvents, or submersing the electronic lamp fixtures in water.

    Are your products recommended for indoor use only?

    Yes, our signature lamps, delicate collectibles, and interior art pieces are strictly recommended for indoor use. Prolonged exposure to harsh outdoor elements, direct high-temperature sunlight, or heavy moisture can degrade the material properties and color vibrancy over time.

    Shipping, Payments & Support

    Do you ship internationally and how can I track my order?

    Yes, we provide seamless local courier delivery throughout Kuwait and reliable express shipping to select international destinations. Once your 3D print leaves our workshop, you will receive an automatic confirmation with live digital tracking updates sent straight to your communication channels.

    What if my item arrives damaged?

    Your order is fully protected. If your package sustains any damage during transit, please photograph the box and item and notify our studio within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will instantly fast-track a brand-new replacement print into production at no cost to you.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept a comprehensive suite of secured, high-speed local and international payment methods—including Knet, Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), and our fully integrated premium digital payment gateways (Tap, MyFatoorah, and Deema).
