At Pure3D, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship, precision, and dedication embedded into every layer of our 3D-printed lamps and custom creations. Because our products are meticulously made-to-order and often tailored specifically to your requests, our Returns & Exchanges framework is designed to be transparent, fair, and balanced. Please review our guidelines below regarding your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests only for standard, non-customized catalog products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:
• The item must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact pristine condition you received it.
• The product must be securely packed inside its original premium protective packaging.
• A valid order number or proof of purchase from pure3d.art must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain products are strictly excluded from regular returns and refunds:
• Custom & Personalized Orders: Any lamp, collectible, or decorative piece printed with custom dimensions, specific colorways, personalized names, or built from uploaded custom design files cannot be returned or refunded once manufacturing begins.
• Aesthetic 3D Printing Characteristics: Microscopic layer lines, minor surface textures, or organic seam lines are normal and inherent characteristics of the FDM/Resin 3D printing manufacturing process. These structural textures are not considered defects or manufacturing errors.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for standard (non-customized) models within 14 days of delivery if you wish to swap for a different colorway or alternative standard design. The original item must be unused. Please note that because our workshop operates on a made-to-order schedule, your replacement item will enter our active printing queue, and standard manufacturing lead times will apply before shipment.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

Your pieces deserve to arrive flawlessly. If your 3D-printed lamp or collectible arrives damaged during transit or carries a genuine structural manufacturing defect:
• Please inspect your package and notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
• Send clear photographs and a short video displaying the structural defect or transit damage to our official channels.
• Once validated, our studio will immediately put a replacement piece into our printing priority queue and dispatch it to you free of charge.

5. Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive an item with the wrong color configuration, incorrect model altogether, or an entirely missing part of your order, please notify us within 48 hours. We will promptly arrange for our courier to collect the incorrect item and fast-track the production and delivery of your correct 3D print at no additional expense to you.

6. Return Eligibility

To initiate a valid return or exchange request, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer care team via our website dashboard live chat or our official business lines with your Order Number.
2. Provide a brief explanation of the request (and attach media if the item is structurally defective or damaged).
3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide you with formal return authorization and logistical instructions.

7. Refund Process

Once your approved return item is received back at our studio and inspected to verify its unused condition:
• We will send you an immediate notification confirming receipt.
• Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (Knet, Credit Card, or via our partner financial gateways like Tap / MyFatoorah).
• Depending on your local banking institution, processing times may take a few business days to reflect in your account balance.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

• For standard returns or voluntary exchanges (buyer’s remorse, wrong size choice, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for covering the return courier delivery fee.
• For validated manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or verified transit damages, Pure3D will fully bear all logistics, courier pick-up, and redelivery expenses.
