If something is wrong with what arrived, we reprint it or refund it.
What is covered
A print that arrives broken, warped so it does not sit flat, with layer shifts, missing parts, or a bulb that does not light. Tell us within 14 days of delivery.
What is normal
Fine layer lines are part of 3D printing and part of the look. Small colour variation between filament batches, a faint seam line, and a tolerance of about half a millimetre on dimensions are not defects.
How to claim
Message us on WhatsApp with your order code and two photos. We answer within two working days and either reprint at no cost or refund to your original payment method. You do not need to send anything back.
Custom prints
Files you upload are printed as they are. We check them before printing and tell you if something will not work, but we cannot guarantee a design we did not make. Printing faults are always covered.
