Who we are

Prices and payment
All prices are in Kuwaiti dinars and are final. Delivery is shown separately at checkout. Payments are processed by Hesabe, a licensed payment provider; we never see your card details. Deema instalments are subject to Deema's approval.
Returns
Lamps from our catalogue can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their packaging; delivery charges are not refunded. Custom prints and personalised lamps are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty, in which case the 14-day guarantee applies.
Your files
Files you upload are used only to quote, print and check your order. We do not share them, reuse them or print them for anyone else, and we delete them 30 days after the order is complete. You confirm that you have the right to print the file. We may refuse any file, including weapons and parts of weapons, counterfeit branded items, and anything unlawful in Kuwait.
Your data
We keep your name, phone number and address to fulfil your order and to message you about it. We do not sell or share your data. Ask us on WhatsApp to see or delete it.
Designs
Lamp designs are the property of pure3d. We sell printed lamps only; design files are never for sale.
