When will my order arrive?
Catalogue lamps reach you within 2 days at most of payment confirmation (working days, Sunday to Thursday). Personalised pieces and printed files have a preparation time shown before you pay.
How much is delivery?
2.000 KWD to every governorate, and 3.500 KWD to the Sabah Al-Ahmad area. The fee for your address is shown at checkout. We do not ship outside Kuwait at the moment.
How can I pay?
KNET, Visa and Mastercard, and Apple Pay through Hesabe, or in four instalments with Deema, subject to Deema's terms and approval. We never see or store your card details.
Can I return a piece?
Catalogue lamps can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their packaging. Personalised pieces (with your name or from your photo) and printed files are made for you alone and cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect, in which case the 14-day guarantee applies.
My piece arrived broken. What do I do?
Take photos of the piece and the box and message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We repair it, reprint it or refund it, and we cover the delivery costs.
Can I cancel my order?
Catalogue lamps can be cancelled as long as printing has not started, so message us on WhatsApp quickly. Personalised pieces cannot be cancelled once work has started.
What comes with the lamp?
The shade, its base, a warm white LED bulb and a USB cable. The charger head is not included. Use an LED bulb only, keep the lamp away from water and heat, and do not leave it in a car.
How do I choose the size and colour?
Every lamp comes in three sizes, S, M and L, and five colours. The dimensions in centimetres are on the lamp dimensions page; the photos show the lamp in Natural White.
Do you print my own file?
Yes. Upload an STL or 3MF on Print your file. We check every file before printing, and we do not print weapons or weapon parts, or protected characters and brands without a licence. Details on Personalised pieces & your files.
Are my photo and file safe?
We use them only for your order, never share them or post your piece without your consent, and delete them within 30 days of delivery. Details in the privacy policy.
