Delivery

We deliver across Kuwait, and catalogue lamps reach you within 2 days at most. This page forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Delivery fees

• 2.000 KWD to every governorate: Capital, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Ahmadi and Jahra.
• 3.500 KWD to the Sabah Al-Ahmad area (Sabah Al-Ahmad residential city and Sabah Al-Ahmad Sea City).
• The fee is per order delivered to one address and is shown for your address at checkout before you pay. The amount shown at checkout is the one that applies.
• We deliver inside Kuwait only and do not ship abroad at the moment.

2. When your order arrives

• Catalogue lamps: delivered within 2 days at most from order confirmation. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive the confirmation email.
• Personalised pieces and printed files: each has a preparation time shown to you before payment, running from order confirmation or from your approval of the final price if your file needs review, and we deliver within that time.
• Working days: our week runs Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays and official holidays in Kuwait are not counted, and an order confirmed on one of them counts from the next working day.
• An order that combines a lamp and a personalised piece is delivered complete within the longer of the two times, unless we agree otherwise with you.
• You can follow your order from your account or on the track order page with your order number.

3. When the delivery time does not apply

• If the address or phone number is wrong or incomplete, the driver cannot reach you, or you ask for a later delivery.
• Large, bulk or corporate orders: we tell you their date before payment or right after confirmation.
• Events beyond our control: weather and dust storms, closure decisions or unscheduled holidays, road closures, power or internet outages, and disruption at the courier.
• If we know your order will be late, we tell you the new date. You can then wait, or cancel the order before it goes out for delivery for a full refund including the delivery fee.

4. A correct address and phone number

• You are responsible for a correct address (area, block, street and house) and phone number, and for that number being reachable by call and WhatsApp on the delivery day.
• If the order is a gift for someone else, enter their correct details and make sure they will accept it.
• You can change the address or number before the order goes out for delivery by contacting us. After that, the order may be delayed or the re-delivery fee may apply.

5. Delivery attempts and re-delivery

• The driver or our team contacts you by call or WhatsApp before delivery.
• We try to deliver twice. If both attempts fail because there is no answer or nobody at the address, the address is wrong, or delivery is refused without a valid reason, the order comes back to us.
• Re-delivery carries a new fee equal to the delivery fee for your area (2.000 or 3.500 KWD), paid before we send it again.
• We keep the order for 14 days from our notice to you. If you do not arrange re-delivery in that time, we may cancel the order: catalogue lamps are refunded minus the delivery and return costs, while personalised pieces are not refunded because they were made for you and cannot be sold to anyone else.

6. Handover and transfer of risk

• The order is handed to you, to any adult who accepts it at the address you entered, or as you instructed us in writing (for example leaving it with the building guard or at the door).
• Ownership of and risk in the order pass to you on handover. If you ask us to leave it without anyone signing for it, risk passes when it is left as you asked.
• Check the parcel on arrival. Report any breakage or visible transport damage within 48 hours with photos, as described on the guarantee & returns page.

7. Packing

Lamps travel in a box with a fitted insert, with the bulb and cable packed separately. Personalised pieces and printed files are wrapped to suit the piece.
