From a tap on your phone to a lamp on your table, within 2 days at most.

Made to order, not kept in stock

Every piece is printed after you order it. That is why we can offer five colours and three sizes on every lamp without keeping a warehouse, and why each piece is checked by a person before it is packed.

What arrives in the box

With every lamp: the shade, its base, a warm white LED bulb and a USB cable. Plug the cable into any phone charger head or a laptop port. The charger head is not included. Use an LED bulb only and keep the lamp away from water and heat; the safety instructions are in our terms.

When your order arrives

Catalogue lamps reach you within 2 days at most of payment confirmation. Personalised pieces and printed files have a preparation time shown before you pay. Our week runs Sunday to Thursday; Fridays, Saturdays and official holidays are not counted.

Delivery

Delivery is 2.000 KWD to every governorate, and 3.500 KWD to the Sabah Al-Ahmad area. Details on the delivery page.

Payment

KNET, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay through Hesabe, or four instalments with Deema. Prices are in Kuwaiti dinars and include everything except delivery.

Printing your own file

Upload an STL or 3MF and tell us where it is from. We then open the file ourselves, check walls and overhangs, and confirm the price before anything prints. If it has to change, you decide. The rules are on Personalised pieces & your files.

The guarantee

A 14-day guarantee on everything we print: if something is wrong with what arrived, we repair it, reprint it or refund it. Details on the guarantee & returns page.
