Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and use your data only to serve you. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and your rights. We handle your data in line with the laws of the State of Kuwait, including the Electronic Transactions Law No. 20 of 2014 and, where it applies to us, the Data Privacy Protection Regulation issued by the Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA).

1. Who is responsible for your data

The pure3d store (pure3d.art), State of Kuwait.

2. What we collect

  • Account: name, mobile number, email address, preferred language, and a password if you choose to set one (stored hashed; we cannot read it).
  • Delivery address: governorate, area, block, street, house and any other details you add.
  • Orders: items, sizes, colours, amounts, discounts, order status and your order notes.
  • What you send for printing: the name, photo or 3D file, and the file source you select.
  • Payment: we never receive or store your card number or security code. The payment gateway sends us only the result, its reference number, the payment method and the amount.
  • Communications and activity: contact-form, WhatsApp and email messages, reviews, your wishlist and newsletter sign-ups.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, the sign-in and error logs needed to keep the site secure, and the cookies described in section 7.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To fulfil your order: making, printing and delivering it, sending the confirmation and updates, contacting you by phone, WhatsApp or email, and handling guarantee and return requests.
  • To run your account: sending sign-in links and saving your addresses, orders and wishlist.
  • To meet legal obligations: keeping accounting records and invoices, and answering requests from the competent authorities.
  • For legitimate interests: keeping the site secure, preventing fraud and misuse, and improving our service and products.
  • With your consent: sending news and offers if you subscribe, publishing a photo of your piece or your review, and measurement or advertising tools if we use them. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that affect you.

4. Your photos, files and names

  • They are used only to quote, prepare, print and check your order. We do not share, reuse or print them for anyone else, and only the people working on your order see them.
  • We delete them within 30 days of delivery (or of cancellation), unless you ask us to keep them for a reorder. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
  • We publish a photo of the finished piece only with your explicit consent.
  • If you send a photo of another person or of a child, you confirm that you have their consent or their guardian's.

5. Who we share it with

We share only the data needed with:

  • Hesabe, our payment gateway, and the banks, KNET, card networks and Apple Pay, to process payments and refunds.
  • Deema, if you choose to pay in instalments. Deema may check your identity and eligibility and handles your data under its own privacy policy.
  • The courier or driver: your name, phone number, address and order number only.
  • Our email provider, which sends sign-in links, order confirmations and the newsletter.
  • Our hosting provider, which runs the server where the store's data is kept.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), when you message us there, under its own privacy policy.
  • Authorities when the law or a court order requires it, and our legal and accounting advisers when needed, under confidentiality.

Some of these providers may process data outside Kuwait. We choose providers that are committed to protecting data and share only what they need for the service they provide to us.

6. How long we keep data

  • Orders and invoices: for as long as Kuwaiti commercial and accounting rules require, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Account, addresses and wishlist: while your account exists; deleted when you delete it (the order records above are kept).
  • Photos, files and names for printing: deleted within 30 days of delivery, as in section 4.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Messages: up to two years after our last contact, unless linked to an open order or claim.
  • Technical logs: a short period, usually no more than 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.

7. Cookies and browser storage

  • Necessary cookies the site cannot work without: your sign-in session (p3d_sid), your cart (p3d_cart) and the payment in progress (p3d_pay).
  • Preference cookies: they remember how you like products listed (view and number per page) and that you closed the promotion bar.
  • Browser storage: your wishlist (when you are not signed in), compare list, recently viewed products and your name in the review form. They stay on your device and reach us only when you use them.
  • The site language comes from the web address and is not stored in a cookie. You can delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may then stop working.

8. Your rights

  • To see your data and get a copy of it.
  • To correct or update it; most of it you can edit directly in your account.
  • To ask us to delete your account and data, except what the law requires us to keep.
  • To withdraw consent and stop marketing emails at any time, using the link in every email or by contacting us.
  • To object to a particular use of your data.

To use any of these rights, email info@pure3d.art or message us on WhatsApp +965 9700 9255. We may need to verify your identity, and we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the competent authority in the State of Kuwait.

9. Children

Our store is meant for adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have collected a child's data without a guardian's consent, we delete it. Photos of children for portrait pieces are accepted only from a parent or guardian or with their consent.

10. Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, we never store card details, and access to data is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach is likely to affect your data, we will tell you and the competent authorities as the law requires.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will show the date of the update at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell you on the site or by email.
